Weight loss Made fun!

What do you think when you think of losing weight?  Does it bring up unpleasant thoughts or memories?

 - Eat less and exercise more.              Blah

 - Restrictive diets.                                Blah

 - No cake allowed.                               Blah

 - Eat funky things like Kimchi .            Blah

 - Eat half your plate of vegetables.    Blah

You want to lose weight, but you dread the route to accomplish your goal.  You've done the 'diet' route many times.  You've crashed, burned and fallen off the wagon more times than you can count.

None of this sounds fun, does it? 

 

BUT, Weight loss does not need to be this way.  It CAN actually be fun!!

Take the scenic route

Why would you not choose the more enjoyable, scenic route to your weight loss goal?

Do you think it would take too long??

Ah, no it won't 'grasshopper', you have been deceived.

The scenic route may sound like it takes longer, but the ride is smoother, you enjoy the ride and the sites.  There is no road rage.  You arrive at your goal refreshed and relaxed.

The diet route

With the diet/direct route there are traffic jams all over the place. (Self sabotage, falling off the wagon, food pushers)

You get stuck in grid locks for ever (starting your diet only making it a few days and starting your diet again, making it only a few days, starting your diet again..... you don't move foreward - hence 'grid lock')

You will have to pull over and let emergency crews some through to help take away those who have crashed and burned.   (your weight loss buddy falls of the wagon, and that stops you too)

Which route do you want to take

In the end, people who take the 'diet' route spend years (more likely decades), trying to get to their weight loss goal.

Ultimately those who take the 'scenic' route arrive at their destination/goal much quicker because there are not all the delay's that there are on the diet route.

Those who take the 'scenic' route learn some cool things about themselves, and they arrive at their destination/goal with relaxation and ease.  Because the journey to get there is easier with the 'scenic' route it is also easier to remain at their destination/goal for long term.

The scenic route is where you learn how to use the law of attraction to get you to your goals.

Law of Attraction may seem sort of "woo-woo"(out there), but when you learn the step by step formula, then you can see how simple the process really is.  More importantly, you can see how it really works.  

​

I teach my clients the following, so they can take the scenic route to their weight loss goals, and find so much more success that dieting.

Step 1:  Understanding where you currently are.

Step 2:  Decide on your destination.

Step 3:  Learn my specific formula to the law of attraction, so you can learn how to get your thinking/thoughts to work for you, and get to your destination.

Step 4:  Practice using my law of attraction formula and keep yourself on the 'scenic' route.

Those are the steps for the scenic route to long term weight loss.  Does that not sound so much easier than white knuckling it through another diet program?

What is the cost

Working with me on this 'scenic' route program costs $175.00 per month for 12 months.  ($2100 total)

BUT, let's look at what the 'diet' route could cost. 

These numbers are based on my experience of the 'diet' routes I have previously taken.

Around 50 diet type books (at approx. $25/book) = $1250.00  no weight lost

Nutrisystem (approx. $300/month) = $3600.00 (for 12 months)  10 lbs lost

Herbal Magic (approx. $275/month) = $3300.00 (for 12 months)  10 lbs lost

Dietician = $1500 for 12 weeks  7 lbs gained (yes gained!)

HOw does the program work

This program is Online.  There are no private calls or meetings.  I do have periodic Zoom meetings where you can ask me questions live, or email me in your questions and I will answer live.

Each week you will receive lessons or accountability and you will learn and practice my formula to get the Law of Attraction to work for you in losing weight.   Make no mistake, this is not simply think and lose weight.  It is imperative that you take action to be successful in weight loss.  But it is your 'thoughts' that make the actions either hard or easy.
