Balance Your Metabolism
By Cutting your Cravings

Does this sound like you?

  • You’ve tried every diet — low-carb, keto, fasting, calorie counting, Weight Watchers — but nothing sticks.

  • You start strong, only to “fall off the wagon” within a few weeks.

  • Cravings for sugar, bread, or processed food always pull you back.

  • You know exactly what you should do… but you just don’t follow through.

  • You feel ashamed, frustrated, and exhausted from starting over again and again.

  • And you secretly hate the thought of weigh-ins, group meetings, or having to “perform” for other people.

If you nodded yes, you’re in the right place.

Balance Your Metabolism by Cutting Your Cravings

Finally Break Free from Addictive Foods, End Self-Sabotage, and Reclaim Your Health

The Truth About Why You Can’t Stick to a Plan

Most diet plans focus only on what to eat. They hand you a list of foods or a meal plan and expect you to just “have willpower.”

But here’s the reality:

  • Processed, addictive foods are designed to hijack your brain and keep you hooked.

  • Cravings aren’t about discipline — they’re a biological and psychological trap.

  • Every time you give in, your metabolism gets more out of balance, making it even harder to lose weight.

That’s why willpower alone will never work.

The missing piece is learning how to curb your cravings, reduce or eliminate self-sabotage, and bring your metabolism back into balance.

Introducing: Balance Your Metabolism by Cutting Your Cravings

A private coaching program designed to help women over 40 finally break free from cravings, stop sabotaging themselves, and lose 30 plus pounds for good.

This isn’t just another diet. It’s a complete approach to food, cravings, and metabolism that works with your body and mind — not against them.

What Makes This Program Different

  1. Metabolic Balance, Not Just Weight Loss
We focus on eating in a way that naturally balances your metabolism, reduces hunger, and lowers cravings — so weight loss happens more easily and sustainably.

  2. Freedom from Addictive Foods
I’ll help you identify the processed, addictive foods keeping you stuck and show you how to reduce or eliminate them without feeling deprived.

  3. Craving Control Tools
You’ll learn proven strategies — like urge surfing, thought reframing, and SMART Recovery techniques — to curb your cravings in the moment.

  4. Stop Self-Sabotage
We’ll dig into the mental loops that trigger “I’ll start again Monday” thinking, and replace them with habits that keep you moving forward.

  5. Private Coaching for Introverts
No weigh-ins. No group meetings. No public sharing. I work with you one-on-one through personalized email coaching so you can reflect, respond, and grow privately at your own pace.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

  • Practice daily tools to curb your cravings — even when life feels stressful.

  • Build a low-carb, real-food approach that restores metabolic balance and steady energy.

  • Break free from cycles of self-sabotage and finally stay consistent.

  • Gain confidence as the weight comes off — and stays off.

Who I Typically Work With

My Program is For Women Who…

  • Are introverted and prefer the privacy of email support instead of group weigh-ins or in-person meetings.

  • Are between 40 and 65, carrying 30 or more extra pounds they’ve struggled with for years.

  • Have tried multiple diet plans (keto, low-fat, fasting, Weight Watchers, etc.) but can’t stick with them long-term.

  • Struggle with processed food and sugar cravings that keep derailing their progress.

  • Feel frustrated, ashamed, or hopeless about their weight loss journey — but still want change.

  • Want clear low-carb nutritional guidance paired with mindset strategies that tackle cravings at the root.

  • Value private, written accountability that allows them to reflect and respond thoughtfully without pressure.

  • Want to lose weight in a way that feels sustainable, empowering, and personalized.

Who My Program is NOT for

My Programs Are NOT For Women Who…

  • Want a quick-fix, fad diet, or a magic pill.

  • Expect weight loss without making changes to food choices or mindset.

  • Prefer in-person support, group accountability, or weekly weigh-ins.

  • Aren’t ready to look at the psychological side of cravings and self-sabotage.

  • Are only looking for workout plans or fitness coaching (here, our focus is cravings, mindset, and nutrition).

  • Vegetarians, nor Vegans - sorry this is not my area of nutrition expertise.

  • Aren’t willing to commit to regular check-ins and reflection by email.

  • Want someone to “do it for them” instead of actively engaging in the process.

Why Work With Me

I’m a Certified Weight Loss Coach and Certified Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach.

More importantly, I specialize in helping women just like you — women who:

  • Know what to do but struggle to follow through.

  • Have been derailed by cravings more times than they can count.

  • Are tired of diets that ignore the real problem — food addiction and self-sabotage.

I combine nutritional guidance with mindset tools so you finally address both sides of the equation: your body’s metabolism and your mind’s cravings.

Because I coach primarily through email, this program is perfect for introverted women who value privacy, reflection, and personal attention.

I can help you!

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. What is the difference between a Dietitian and a Nutrition Coach, and which are you?

A Registered Dietitian (RD) is a regulated health professional who can diagnose medical nutrition issues, create clinical therapeutic diets, and work within hospital or medical settings.  They complete a university degree, a supervised practicum, and hold a protected title.

A Nutrition Coach, especially within holistic or functional frameworks, focuses on education, guidance, habit change, lifestyle coaching, and behavioral support.  Instead of diagnosing, a coach helps clients implement changes they already want to make — offering accountability, mindset work, and personalized strategies that fit real life.

I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition & Health Coach trained at NutraPhoria School of Holistic Nutrition.  My specialty is helping women reduce cravings, improve metabolic health, break the processed-food cycle, and actually follow through on their goals — without shame, judgment, or restriction-based dieting.

2. What is the difference in price and service between a Dietitian and a Certified Nutrition & Health Coach?

Dietitian services often range from $150–$200 (some up to $278)+ per hour, depending on location and specialty.  Their work is clinically driven: meal plans, medical nutrition therapy, diabetes education, managing digestive disorders, etc.  Some insurance plans reimburse RD services.  (If appointments with Dietician were weekly a 16 week program would cost around $3200)

A Certified Nutrition & Health Coach focuses on transformative habit change, mindset coaching, cravings management, low-carb education, and step-by-step behavior support.  My program includes multi-week guidance, tools, worksheets, ongoing accountability, and coaching—much more than a one-time session.

My pricing is structured as a complete program, not hourly, so clients get a full journey, consistent support, and proven step-by-step structure instead of fragmented appointments.

3. Is this program a diet or a lifestyle change?

This is not a quick-fix diet.  The Balance Your Metabolism Program helps you understand your body, reduce cravings, stabilize blood sugar, and build habits you can maintain for life.  You learn how to eat in a way that genuinely feels good — physically and emotionally — without constant hunger or willpower battles.

4. Do I have to count calories or track macros?

Nope.  The focus is on simplifying food choices, improving metabolic balance, and reducing ultra-processed foods so cravings naturally decrease.  You’ll learn gentle structure without the overwhelm of numbers, tracking apps, or strict rules.

5. What kind of support do I get during the program?

You receive structured weekly lessons, tools, and worksheets — plus individualized coaching guidance, mindset support, and step-by-step direction.  You’re never left guessing.  My role is to help you stay consistent, understand your patterns, and learn craving-control tools that actually work long-term.

6. What if I’ve failed other diets before? Will this work for me?

Most of my clients have tried dozens of diets.  They don’t struggle with knowledge — they struggle with cravings, self-sabotage, emotional eating, and sticking with it.
This program focuses on behavior change, mindset, psychology, and processed-food recovery, not just food lists — so you’re supported in the areas that matter most.

7. How quickly will I see results?

Most women feel a difference in cravings, energy, and mental clarity within the first 1–2 weeks.  Weight loss varies, but when cravings decrease and blood sugar stabilizes, weight loss becomes much easier and more predictable.  Weight loss can take anywhere from right away to 10 weeks to see results, it all depends on each individual’s metabolism.  This program prioritizes sustainable, steady results, not rapid extremes.

8. Do I need to exercise to see results?

No — movement is encouraged for health, but it isn’t required to lose weight in this program.  Balance Your Metabolism focuses first on what drives cravings and weight gain most: metabolic imbalance and processed foods.  Once you feel better, adding movement feels natural—not forced.

9. Is this safe if I’m on medications?

You’re encouraged to speak with your healthcare provider before making changes.  Because eating lower-carb and reducing sugar can affect medications (especially for blood sugar or blood pressure), I want to ensure you’re medically supported.  This program is educational, not medical, so guidance is always within a safe, ethical scope.

10. What if I have food sensitivities or dietary preferences?

The program is flexible and can be adapted for gluten-free, dairy-free or simple-preference eaters.  Because the focus is on whole, minimally processed foods, most people find the transition surprisingly easy.  I'll help you personalize the approach, so it feels realistic for your lifestyle.

11. What happens after the program ends?

You’ll leave with a clear food plan, mindset tools, craving-control strategies, and a deep understanding of how to stay balanced long-term.  Many women continue with ongoing email coaching (for a low monthly fee) so they maintain their success with support instead of slipping back into old habits.
