My Story
For years, I thought I could do it on my own. After all I took a lot of Nutrition Education.
I even spent thousands on Registered Dieticians thinking I must be missing something (I put on more weight)
What I found out is that what I learned in Nutrition school and what most Dieticians tell you to eat, does not apply to people with Metabolic Syndrome or Insulin Resistance. I also did not learn how to help a person deal with intense cravings. I've spend years searching for help.
BUT, I found help and now I would like to help you find it too.
