This 8 week program we will look closely at your habits and your thinking to get you unstuck and moving forward in your weight loss.

At the end of this program:

  1. You will have a clear idea of what you need to do, to be successful at weight loss.

  2. You will have the confidence that you can lose weight and keep it off.

  3. You will feel better about your self and your weight loss efforts.

  4. You will be on your way to losing the weight you want.

  5. You will be able to recognize and stop self sabotage.

 

You will learn several effective tools. These tools will help you change your habits and behaviors, so that you are more successful at losing weight and keeping it off.

You will gain a whole new perspective of yourself and your habits.

This is NOT a program where you are given a diet to follow. The word diet as it is used today, is a bad 4 letter word. You are not going to diet any longer. But do not fear!! Just because you are not going to 'diet' doesn't mean you won't be able to lose weight. That is a good part of this program is changing your perspective. Just because you are not dieting does not mean that you are not going to make changes in your eating habits. It will become clear through out the program, that you are indeed in charge of your own behavior and you absolutely are capable of making long lasting change that successful and not painful.

Nutrition is not looked at deeply in this program (although I am a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach), so I can help you with nutrition concerns. BUT the bottom line is, most people already know what they should and should not be eating. As well, it doesn't matter if you are given the best nutrition program to follow, if it is filled with foods you will not eat, then you are not going to be successful.

I want you to succeed!! And I know that success does not come from following an eating plan created by someone else.
